[05620MONT] USPS closed for the Federal Columbus Day Holiday on Monday October 14, 2019

Please note that the Federal Post Office (USPS) is closed for the Federal Columbus Day Holiday on Monday October 14, 2019.

The BGS Postal Center will be operating as usual and we have made arrangements to pick-up the incoming mail from Saturday and Sunday on Monday morning at the USPS.  We will be sorting and performing the morning mail pick-up and delivery routes at the regular times.  Please note that the Monday morning mail volumes will be light as we will only have the mail from Saturday and Sunday.

The USPS will not be processing any outgoing mail on Monday.  All outgoing mail that we pick-up on Monday (from the morning runs and afternoon sweep) will be processed on Monday afternoon using a Tuesday date.  This mail will not get picked up by the USPS until Tuesday.

Both FedEx and UPS will be operating as usual on Monday.
