[05620MONT] Wednesday 7/22 - little to no USPS mail

Good morning

The Montpelier Post Office had unexpected staff shortages this morning and as a result were not able to get the State's mail to us this morning.  Although we work closely with the Federal Post Office to avoid these situations, the USPS standards allow them 3-5 processing days for First Class Mail.   They expect to have the State's mail ready this afternoon and we should be back on schedule tomorrow.  Thank-you for your patience and understanding.
