Submit your session proposals before the open call for speakers closes on June 30!

The Vermont Division of Emergency Preparedness, Response and Injury Prevention is actively seeking speakers for its 2019 Vermont Healthcare and EMS Preparedness Conference held October 31-November 3, 2019 at the Hilton Burlington in Burlington, Vermont.

Speakers should be dynamic presenters of a professional caliber and have previous speaking or teaching experience. All presentations will be allotted one hour including questions. The conference planning committee will review all submitted proposals and select those that best meet conference objectives.

All proposals must be submitted by June 30, 2019. Sessions only need to be submitted once, regardless of focus area.

All individuals who submitted proposals will be notified by August 15 regarding the status of their proposal.
