Two updates related to SWIPs.

Year 5 SWIP Reporting
Year 5(calendar year 2019) SWIP Reports are due July 1, 2020 in ReTRAC<https://connect.re-trac.com/login>.  Please note the Status Year on this report in ReTRAC is 2020.
The Year 5 SWIP Reporting Guidance<https://dec.vermont.gov/sites/dec/files/wmp/SolidWaste/Documents/Universal-Recycling/FAQs-Annual-SWIP-Reports-Year5.pdf> and Year 5 MMP Survey Response Form are both posted on our Planning<https://dec.vermont.gov/waste-management/solid/planning> page.

Draft SWIPs
Draft SWIPs that conform with the 2019 MMP are due July 1, 2020.
