[VDH.VermontPrevention] National Guard employee benefits

Hello,

I am looking for organizational policies for National Guard Members and time off. We have a generous time off benefit but it does not address the required amount of time away for national guard members. Please send me any language or policies that you know of in your world or in other organizations world.
