The primary responsibility of the Recovery Specialist is to facilitate a client's journey towards a positive and successful recovery by making sure the client understands his/her responsibilities in the program while providing guidance and support when needed. Step Into Action - VT is seeking people interested in service to join our Board of Directors. Our mission is to host Recovery Events (Recovery from substance use addiction) throughout the State of Vermont. We partner with community based organizations and support the event through assisting them in the structure, resources, and guidelines. We are in our first and exciting year of service, and are seeking professionals to help mold the organization. Specific skills needed include financial experience and graphic design capabilities, however, board members are also needed to become involved in the organization of events.
