Hello everyone,

We are launching another year of the Umatter for Youth and Young Adults
leadership program, as well as our Umatter for Schools curriculum. Please
consider joining us for these newly designed and virtual programs!

Umatter® is a comprehensive approach to suicide prevention that draws on
national best practices for teaching people about how helping fits into
mental health. It covers the basics of suicide prevention, how to recognize
the difference between a risk factor and warning sign for suicide, and what
to say and do.
